Refund Policy

No long-term contracts
Our local marketing plans start at $149/month and run month to month. There are no long-term contracts and no early-termination penalties. You stay because the work is worth paying for, not because you are locked in.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@1on1internetmarketing.com or (954) 507-7059. Cancellation stops future billing. Because our work is produced and delivered during the month it is billed for, the current billing period is not prorated, and we complete the work already scheduled for that period.
Work already delivered
Completed services — published pages and posts, profile work, citation submissions, audits, Foundation documents and AI builds — are not refundable, because the labour has been performed and the deliverables are yours to keep.
Project and build work
Website builds and custom AI projects are quoted individually and billed in stages. Stages already completed and approved are not refundable. If you stop a project mid-stream, you are billed for work completed to that point and you keep what has been delivered.
Hosting
Managed hosting is billed for the period of service. If you cancel, hosting continues through the end of the paid period and we will help you migrate your site to another provider.
Third-party costs
Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf — advertising spend, directory or listing fees, premium software licences, domain registrations — are not refundable once submitted to that provider.
What we will not promise
We do not offer performance guarantees, and we will never claim guaranteed rankings or results. No marketing company controls search engines. What we commit to is the work itself: delivered on schedule, documented in your dashboard, and explained in plain language.
Billing questions
If something on your invoice looks wrong, contact us and we will review it with you. Where we have made a billing error, we correct it and refund the difference.
