Google Business Profile

A Google Business Profile growth plan, executed for you

Your profile is often the first and only thing a local searcher sees. We audit it, score it, post to it on a schedule, and turn reviews into a system instead of an afterthought.

  • Full profile audit with a clear score
  • 4-week posting calendar, written and scheduled
  • Review strategy plus written replies
  • 90-day prioritized action list

Plans start at $149/month. No long-term contracts.

The map results are the local homepage now

For a huge share of local searches, the map pack sits above everything else. Searchers read your category, your hours, your photos, your review count and rating, and the questions other people asked — then they tap to call. Many never reach your website at all. That makes your Google Business Profile the highest-leverage asset in local marketing, and the one most often left half-finished.

A neglected profile looks the same from the inside as a strong one: it exists, it has your name on it. From Google's side, though, the differences are enormous. Categories, service lists, attributes, description, photo freshness, posting activity, review velocity and reply rate, and Q&A all feed how and where you appear.

The audit and score

We start with a full audit of every field and signal Google exposes, then score it so you can see at a glance where you stand and what is costing you visibility. We check primary and secondary categories against what actually ranks in your market, service and product listings, the business description, attributes, hours including holiday hours, service areas, photo coverage and recency, review count and rating trend, reply coverage, unanswered questions, and duplicate or unclaimed listings competing with yours.

You get the score, the reasoning behind it, and a prioritized list — not a vague grade. Most profiles we look at are losing visibility to three or four fixable issues.

A 4-week posting calendar, done for you

Google rewards active profiles, and active profiles convert better because they look alive. We build a rolling four-week posting calendar: offers, service highlights, seasonal reminders, project or treatment features, and answers to the questions your customers ask most. Each post is written for your voice, tied to a real service page on your site, and scheduled at a sensible time.

You are not sent a spreadsheet of ideas to execute. We write the posts, choose the images from your brand kit and real photos, and publish them.

Reviews as a system, including the replies

Reviews are the single most visible trust signal in local search, and reply rate is a signal of its own. We build a review strategy suited to how your business actually interacts with customers — when to ask, who asks, and how to make it effortless for the customer to follow through. We never buy, incentivize or fabricate reviews; that risks your profile and misleads your customers.

We also write the replies. Every review gets a professional response: gracious for the good ones, calm and solution-focused for the difficult ones. Handled well, a critical review that receives a thoughtful public reply often reassures prospects more than an unbroken wall of five stars.

The 90-day action list

Some profile work is immediate and some compounds. Your 90-day list sequences it: what we fix in week one, what needs your input, what depends on photo collection or review volume, and what we revisit once early changes settle. Progress is tracked in your Client Dashboard, so you always know what is done and what is next.

How it works

Four steps, all handled by our team.

1. Audit and score

We review every field and signal on your profile, benchmark against local competitors, and deliver a score with reasoning.

2. Fix the foundation

Categories, services, description, attributes, hours, service areas and photos get corrected and completed.

3. Post on a calendar

A rolling 4-week calendar of written posts goes live, each linked to the matching page on your site.

4. Reviews and 90-day list

We implement the review strategy, write replies, and work the prioritized 90-day action list.
