Content HQ

Social media and content, planned monthly and published for you

You approve one campaign brief a month. We produce the blogs and the posts, schedule them for the best day and time, and link everything back to the matching pages on your site.

  • One monthly campaign brief for you to approve
  • 1-2 SEO blog posts per month
  • 4-16 posts per platform per month
  • English, Spanish or bilingual

Plans start at $149/month. No long-term contracts.

The problem is not ideas, it is consistency

Almost every local business owner knows they should be posting. Most start, publish enthusiastically for three weeks, get busy, and go quiet for four months. The cost of that pattern is invisible but real: prospects who check your page and find nothing recent, a website that never accumulates the content that earns search traffic, and a brand that looks smaller than it is.

Content HQ exists to remove the reason it stops. You are not asked to write, film, design or schedule. You approve a direction once a month and the work happens.

One brief, then everything flows from it

Each month we build a campaign brief: the theme, the services being featured, the offers or seasonal angles, the audience it speaks to, and the pages on your site it will drive traffic toward. It is short enough to read over coffee and specific enough that approving it means the month is settled.

Once approved, we produce one to two search-optimized blog posts and four to sixteen social posts per platform, depending on your plan and where your customers actually spend time. Every asset ties back to the brief, so the month reads as a coordinated campaign rather than scattered noise.

Blogs written to rank, not to fill space

The blog posts come out of your keyword matrix — the questions real searchers type that you currently have no page to answer. Each one is written for a reader first, then structured for search: one clear H1, logical subheadings, internal links to the relevant service and service-area pages, descriptive image alt text, and a call to action that matches where the reader is in their decision.

This is the compounding part of the program. A blog post that answers a real question keeps earning visits for years, which is why we would rather publish two genuinely useful pieces a month than eight thin ones.

Posts at the right time, in the right language

We schedule to the best day and time for your platforms and audience rather than posting whenever a queue empties, and we adjust as engagement data comes in. Posts can be produced in English, Spanish or bilingually — a genuine advantage in markets where a meaningful share of customers prefer Spanish and most competitors publish in English only.

Every post uses your real photos and brand kit. We collect and organize your images, apply consistent colors, fonts and treatment, and keep your voice steady across platforms. Stock imagery that looks like stock imagery undermines a local business; your actual team, work and space does the opposite.

Content that feeds the rest of your marketing

Posts link to the matching pages on your site, blogs link to services and service areas, and the whole library becomes material your AI chatbot can draw on when answering visitor questions. Content produced this way stops being a standalone chore and starts making every other part of the program work harder.

Everything — briefs, drafts, approvals, schedules and published links — lives in your Client Dashboard, so nothing depends on finding the right email thread.

How it works

Four steps, all handled by our team.

1. Monthly brief

We send a short campaign brief covering theme, services featured, offers and target pages. You approve or adjust.

2. Production

We write 1-2 SEO blogs and 4-16 posts per platform, using your real photos and brand kit.

3. Approval and scheduling

You review in the dashboard, then we schedule everything for the best day and time per platform.

4. Review and refine

We report on engagement and traffic, then feed what worked into next month's brief.
